چکیده
Reduction in self-weight and achievement of full fire resistance requirements are some the important considerations design high-rise structures. Lightweight concrete filled steel tube (CFST) column provides an alternative method to serve these purposes. Recent studies on lightweight CFST columns at ambient temperature have revealed that foamed can be a beneficial innovative material. Hence, this study investigates potential using circular hollow for improving resistance. A series nine test unfilled section were carried out. ISO 834 standard exposure out investigate structural response under fire. The main parameters considered load level density; density used 1500 kg/m3 1800 15%, 20%, 25% level. All tested without any external protection, with concentrically applied fixed-fixed boundary conditions. dimension was 2400 mm long, 139.7 diameter thickness 6 mm. result showed increases up additional 16 minutes. improvement is more above gain about 71% when used. Generally, demonstrate good behavior, based density. Also, inward local buckling averted by filling concrete. General composite Eurocode 4 adopted calculate axial columns. These type structures like airports, schools, stadiums; taking advantage exposed aesthetic purpose high It also rise structures; reduction structure.

Experimental Study on Mechanical Behavior of Shear Connectors of Square Concrete Filled Steel Tube
In order to quantitatively evaluate the shear-bearing capacity of shear connectors of square concrete filled steel tube (CFST), push-out tests on 14 square CFSTs with shear connectors have been carried out. Among the 14 CFSTs, there are 13 specimens with steel plate connectors and one specimen with steel bar connectors. The following factors are investigated to figure out their influences on th...
متن کاملExperimental Investigation on Cold-Formed Steel Foamed Concrete Composite Wall under Compression
A series of tests on cold-formed steel foamed concrete (CSFC) composite walls subjected to axial load were proposed. The primary purpose of the experiments was to study the mechanical behavior and identify the failure modes of CSFC composite walls. Two main factors were considered in this study: 1) specimen with pouring foamed concrete or without and 2) different foamed concrete density ranks (...
متن کاملExperimental and Numerical Study on Bar-Reinforced Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Columns Under Axial Compression
The behaviors of bar-reinforced concrete filled steel tubular columns subjected to axial load were studied. One plain concrete filled steel tubular column and three bar-reinforced concrete filled steel tubular columns were tested. The deformation of specimens and the strain of steel tubes were measured. Based on experimental researches, a simple numerical analysis method was presented to simula...
متن کاملMechanical Behavior of Recycled Aggregate Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Columns before and after Fire
Recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) is an environmentally friendly building material. This paper investigates the mechanical behavior of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tube (RACFST) columns exposed to fire. Two groups of 12 columns were designed and tested, under axial compression, before and after fire, to evaluate the degradation of bearing capacity due to fire exposure. Six specimens...
